We know that ordering custom furniture can be overwhelming, but we are here to help you every step of the way. Here are some frequently asked questions we get from our customers.

  • We always like to start engagements with prospective clients with an in-home consultation. We can advise on furniture placement, sizes, colors, materials, and more depending on your needs. You can schedule your consultation here or reach out to us at hello@bsfurnituredeliveryaz.com and a representative will get back to you promptly.

    We require half of the total price of the job upfront, with the remainder due upon delivery.

  • Yes! If it’s easier for you to do a virtual consultation to get a quote, you can schedule one here. Please have your exact measurements ready so we can give you an accurate quote.

  • We work with budgets of all kinds, and can build custom sofas starting as low as $1000 — without losing our focus on quality. Your specific project cost will depend on your requirements, with consideration for things like size, material, your location, etc. Reach out to us to get an accurate quote for your project.

  • We can deliver your custom piece of furniture in 2 weeks or less from the time the order is placed.

    If you do not need a custom piece and need something sooner, reach out to us to see what is available in-stock and ready to go.

  • All of our sofas, sectionals, and chaise lounges are built with industrial grade Pine wood.

    We have hundreds of color swatches for you to choose from and many materials, depending on your unique needs (pets, kids, etc.).

    We will bring the color swatches to your consultation, or can share them via video during a virtual consultation. You can also view some examples of materials and colors in our gallery of work, here.

  • Our showroom is available by appointment only. Please reach out to schedule an appointment.

  • Yes! We are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on the frame of your sofa, sectional, chaise lounges, and tables. Standard wear and tear (material) is not included in the warranty.

  • We deliver locally within the greater Phoenix metro area, including Downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, Ahwatukee, Cave Creek, Queen Creek, Fountain Hills, Dove Valley, Maricopa, Glendale, and Peoria.

    If you are in a neighboring state such as California, Utah, or New Mexico, please contact us to discuss delivery options.

  • We pride ourselves in delivering high-quality, custom pieces of furniture that our clients will love. We require a consultation before any order is placed to ensure satisfaction.
